The Pittsburgh Steelers hold a commanding lead atop the AFC North, thanks to their 6-3 record. The Chicago Bears are at 4-4 and Justin Fields is struggling in his second start for them.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have a history of dominance with Mike Tomlin. The Chicago Bears will be in for a tough time when they play the Steelers this weekend. Read more in detail here: nfl news.
Justin Fields and the Chicago Bears are doing all they can to get back on track after a rocky start to the season. On Monday Night Football, they will face the Pittsburgh Steelers, who will be a formidable opponent.
Fields can now relax and do what he does best now that the quarterback situation in Chicago has been resolved. On the other side, facing a fierce Steelers defense on Monday just became a lot more difficult when an intriguing Mike Tomlin tidbit surfaced.
Mike Tomlin has a knack for suffocating rookie quarterbacks, and the Steelers will attempt to keep up the trend against Justin Fields.

Tomlin’s performance is very outstanding.
For a reason, the Steelers’ head coach is one of the most successful in the NFL, and he hasn’t slowed down. Concerns swirled about Pittsburgh at the start of the season, as the team went 1-3 in the first month.
Things, though, have swung dramatically in their favor. The Steelers have won three consecutive games against three solid teams, including a victory in the Dawg Pound over the Cleveland Browns. Anything can happen in the AFC North, which is one of the most perplexing divisions in recent memory.
With this game against the Bears on schedule, Tomlin’s track record against rookie quarterbacks does not bode well for Fields or Matt Nagy, who is on the hot seat in Chicago following a difficult season.
Fields will have to work hard to drown out the noise, which will be exacerbated by the fact that the game will be played at Heinz Field, which will be packed with rowdy Steelers fans.
Although the Bears are struggling, Fields has shown indications of potential.
The Bears’ troubles in 2021 are extensive. However, do you recall that in 2020, this club reached the playoffs with Mitchell Trubisky and Nick Foles alternating as quarterback?
That feels like a very long time ago. The Bears have a 3-5 record this season. They managed to beat the Cincinnati Bengals and the Las Vegas Raiders, both AFC playoff contenders. This squad is a shambles that can’t all be put on Fields.
Fields was stripped of his starting spot coming into the season after dealing with the Andy Dalton conspiracy during the winter. After Dalton was injured, Nagy refused to give Fields the vehicle keys. Fields was designated the full-time starter after considerable deliberation.
In Chicago, it’s been a wild ride, and although Nagy isn’t doing much to aid the rookie, the Bears offense as a whole has to stand up and help him out. Allen Robinson has been on wanted posters all over the place due to his lack of output, while tight end Cole Kmet has gone missing.
David Montgomery has been placed on injured reserve, but he is expected to play against the Steelers. In his absence, youngster Khalil Herbert has taken over and shown signs of potential.
According to a source, the #Bears are set to activate RB David Montgomery off Injured Reserve to play tonight. It’s hardly surprising, given that coach Matt Nagy suggested there was a decent probability last week. Montgomery had a knee injury in Week 4, but he should be able to play against the #Steelers this week.

Aside from that, the Bears’ offense is a complete disaster, and Fields is trying all he can to save the situation.
While it’s easy to point the finger at the quarterback, Fields has consistently excelled with eye-popping moments, despite the Bears’ poor record.
As they strive to get through Ben Roethlisberger’s last season, the Steelers’ winning streak should continue.

Ben Roethlisberger, a long-time Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, has opted to return for what will most likely be his last season in the league. He seemed to be a shell of himself during the first month.
Despite JuJu Smith-injury, Schuster’s the Steelers are gaining ground and battling for a playoff berth. The Baltimore Ravens seem to be in control of the AFC North, but three Wild Card positions are up for grabs, particularly with the AFC’s recent craziness.
With Tomlin’s previous success versus rookie quarterbacks and the Steelers on a three-game winning run, the Steelers’ November prospects seem to be good.

The “steelers coaching staff” is a team that has been dominating for years. The Steelers have had a winning season in all but one year since Mike Tomlin has been their head coach. With the Bears coming into Pittsburgh, they will be looking to avoid a loss at home on Sunday Night Football.
