When the New England Patriots drafted quarterback Tom Brady in 2000, Hall was only 2. Yet he has been playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for one year longer than Hall has lived. New tales and events about Tom Brady’s age will continue to emerge as long as he plays football. And they’re all fantastic.
On many times this past season, Brady assisted in breaking the NFL record for the largest age disparity between two starting quarterbacks. He initially assisted in setting the mark against Mac Jones, then against Justin Fields, and finally against Zach Wilson. In the playoffs, he also assisted in establishing the mark against Jalen Hurts.
Brady was reminded of how long he’s been in the NFL even before he played a snap with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay picked Antoine Winfield Jr. in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Antoine Winfield Sr. intercepted TB12 in 2001, when Brady took over for an injured Drew Bledsoe with the New England Patriots.
And now we have another another wonderful Brady tale, this one involving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 2022 NFL Draft class, notably the Buccaneers’ first-round pick, Logan Hall.
Before his new Buccaneers teammate Logan Hall was born, Tom Brady was selected into the NFL.

The Buccaneers picked Logan Hall, a 6-foot-6, 260-pound defensive end who played college football at Houston, with the No. 33 overall choice in the 2022 NFL Draft. Hall had 97 tackles in 50 games with the Cougars, including 19.5 tackles for a loss and seven sacks.
So now comes the exciting part. On April 22, 2000, Hall was born. Brady was chosen into the NFL by the New England Patriots on April 16, 2000. So Tom Brady has played in the NFL for longer than Logan Hall has lived.
Brady can’t claim to have been in the NFL longer than any of his new colleagues, but a couple of them weren’t even a year old when he was selected with the 199th choice. Andre Anthony, the eldest, was just three years old.
