The Eastern Conference Finals and Western Conference Finals have been intense so far! The Warriors, Rockets, Cavaliers, Spurs all seem like likely contenders for the NBA Championship. Who will take home the coveted trophy?

The “who is favored to win the western conference finals” is a question that has been asked by many people. The Eastern Conference Finals will be between the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers, while the Western Conference Finals will be between Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs.

Only four teams left in the season-long hunt for the Larry O’Brien Trophy after the first two rounds of the 2022 NBA Playoffs. The top two teams in the Eastern Conference have advanced, and the Miami Heat will meet the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night. The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Phoenix Suns to progress to the Western Conference Finals, where they will face the Golden State Warriors.

All four clubs are deserving winners for the 2021-22 season, but there can only be one. So, who is the betting favorite to win the Eastern and Western Conference Finals, and who is the betting favorite to win it all?

Who are the favorites to win the Eastern and Western Conference Finals?

Although the Heat are the Eastern Conference’s top seed and have home court in the ECF, the Celtics are favorites to win the series at -145 odds. The Heat are a +120 underdog in the NBA Finals.

The Celtics are favored by 1.5 games in the series at +128 odds, while the Heat are +1.5 at -160.

The Warriors are heavy favorites to beat the Mavericks and go to their sixth NBA Finals in the past eight years in the West. Golden State is a -220 favorite to win the series, while Dallas is a +185 favorite to pull off the shock. The Warriors are favored by +102, while the Mavericks are favored by -124.

I don’t have a strong opinion on the Celtics-Heat series, but I wouldn’t mind betting on the Mavericks to win the West at +185. During the regular season, Dallas won 3-1 against Golden State, and the Warriors have no one who can stop a red-hot Luka Doncic in a seven-game series.

Who are the favorites to win it all: the Celtics, Heat, Warriors, and Mavericks?

Since 2015, the Warriors have won three titles and are currently favorites to capture a fourth in 2022. Below are the championship chances for each club still in the playoffs:

  • +120 Warriors
  • Celtics +240
  • Heat +370
  • +650 Mavericks

I’d rather bet the Celtics at +240 than any other team right now, based on the current odds. But, with Al Horford and Marcus Smart sidelined for Game 1 against the Heat, you may want to hold off on betting on Boston until after Tuesday night. If the Celtics lose Game 1 and maybe Game 2, their chances improve dramatically.

The “odds to win western conference nba 2022” is a question that asks what team will be favored in the Western Conference Finals. The Eastern Conference Finals are still up for grabs, but it’s not looking good for the Miami Heat.
